Details: The Trust is committed to providing high quality integrated health and social care for local people with mental health problems in South West London and more specialist mental health services for people throughout the UK. A Vacancy for a Deputy Day Services Manager has become available in our integrated assessment and treatment Mental Health Day Service for older people 65+. Newent and Amy Woodgate are both assessment and treatment day services offering specialist support to older people with both functional and organic mental health problems. Both centres are situated in Outer London with good amenities and transport links. We work very closely with local inpatient services at Tolworth Hospital and the Community Mental Health Team. We are looking for a self motivated and flexible individual who has a genuine interest in working with older people to join our established integrated health and social care multidisciplinary team. You will be a RMN with experience of working in a community setting, ideally within older peoples mental health services; possess good communication skills; be able to lead, motivate and develop staff; be able to manage difficult situations and be able to cope with stress and change.
