Details: The post holder will have continuing operational responsibility for the ward, provide clinical leadership and ensure all nursing care is delivered to the highest standard. The post holder will effectively manage sickness absence and ensure efficient use of ward resources.
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of the needs of Older People with Mental Health issues are essential.
Core hours of work will be 9-5, however, flexible working would be expected as service needs dictate.
