Details: East London NHS Foundation Trust is a mental health trust which provides services to the City of London, the London Boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham. The Trust also provides forensic services to the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, and provides some specialist mental health services to North London, Hertfordshire and Essex. We provide a range of community, outpatient and inpatient services for children and young people, adults and older people. The Trusts Headquarters are located in Tower Hamlets. We operate from 47 community sites, four main inpatient sites and have 660 inpatient beds. The Trust has an income of £184.7 million and most of this comes from our local Primary Care Trusts. The Trust is linked with the University of London, City University and South Bank University. The Trust provides a comprehensive mental health service to a diverse range of cultures and ethnic groups covering the City of London, Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets. Our aim is to provide the very highest standards of care based on strong to partnerships with Social Services and Primary Care Trusts. The Tower Hamlets Centre for Mental Health provides an opportunity to deliver excellent care within a modern, progressive therapeutic environment and patients can access truly excellent care at every phase of their treatment pathway.We are looking for the following staff to join this exciting and challenging service. Due to promotion vacancies that have arisen for newly qualified or experienced and enthusiastic registrants to join the team at Tower Hamlets; there are 4 posts on offer. One is based on Rosebank, which is an all Female PICU/Low Secure service and contains 10 beds. Comprising of 7 Low Secure beds and 3 PICU beds (1 for Newham, 1 for Tower Hamlets and 1 for City & Hackney). The other 3 posts are based on Millharbour ward, which is an all male Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit/ Low Secure Unit for adults of working age. The ward has 14 beds of which 9 are Low Secure and 5 beds are PICU. 9 beds belong to Tower Hamlets, 4 beds for City and Hackney and 1 bed for Newham. Basic Salary £21,176 - £27,534 per annum plus 20% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,036 and a maximum payment of £ 6,217 per annum.
