Blaise View is a 10 bedded community inpatient unit, based in Brentry, Bristol. We are a city-wide resource that provides short to medium term rehabilitation, promoting independence using a recovery based model of care. We are able to access a rich source of community support and non-statutory service providers, to promote needs based and socially inclusive interventions.
Everyone joining AWP will start on their first day by attending a Trust Induction Day in Chippenham. This will be followed by a number of essential training events (approx 3-12 days), depending in the role. All new starters will need to work full time, day time hours for this period, and will be expected to make arrangements to travel to events as required.
More information on this Induction period will be sent to those invited for interview.
