This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver a new wellbeing and psychological therapies service for homeless people in Bristol.

The Wellbeing Service is an alliance of Second Step and St Mungo’s, which will provide mental health support at primary care level to homeless people in Bristol, to move towards mental well-being and social inclusion. The aim of the service is to prevent homelessness and improve the mental health and well-being of people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or vulnerably housed.

Second Step provides support to people with mental health problems. We work across Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and B&NES. Our aim is to deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities for people with mental health and other support needs to achieve their hopes and ambitions. St Mungo’s operate nationally to house, support and care for vulnerable and excluded people who have either been, or are at risk of, sleeping rough and homelessness.
