Starting Salary £17,732 - £21,318 (equivalent to NHS band 4)
Rightsteps is a flagship pilot service developed by Turning Point that will offer new and innovative ways to deliver an integrated, holistic psychological wellbeing service across the UK. We’ll be working in conjunction with a number of PCTs across the nation to ensure that it reaches its full potential. Now we’re looking for you to play your part too.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work within the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service, delivering low intensity interventions whilst also undertaking a programme of training. This intensive, creative yet structured post will equip you with all you need to provide a range of low intensity interventions to support people in Step 2 of a stepped care approach to managing distress.
As an enthusiastic clinician with experience in delivering high quality mental health care to people in needs, you’ll be passionate about delivering effective mental health services and ready for the challenge of providing an equitable service to all levels of need across an exciting and diverse district. Inspired by our vision for Rightsteps and the social model of mental health, which works holistically according to risk and need, you’ll gladly embrace new ways of working to engage and meet the needs of our clients.
