We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our Information Team working primarily on the day-to-day administration of the Registration Authority smart card process; providing support to PCT and GP Practice based staff alike.
The support will include conducting RA sessions across the Trust and GP Practices, to administer the issuing and use of Smartcards to staff that need to access NHS Care Record Service compliant applications. You will be required to set up individual users with appropriate levels of access, troubleshoot problems with Smartcards and assist with the renewal process.
You will also provide support to the Information Team working on the increasingly important Information Governance agenda, ensuring the PCT maintains high standards within the fields of information security and confidentiality.
