An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Psychologist to join the largest provider of male and female psychiatric rehabilitation services in the UK. We require a clinical psychologist for our female service in South Wales.

Cambian Healthcare works in close partnership with the National Health Service, providing a step down service for NHS clients detained in secure facilities or acute settings. As part of our multi-disciplinary teams we are looking to strengthen our psychology department with the appointment of Clinical and Forensic Psychologists at the following units.

You will be an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist joining a progressive Multi-Disciplinary team providing a high quality psychology service for women with severe and enduring mental health needs within an in-patient setting. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a comprehensive range of psychological therapies, risk assessment, training, research and supervision. The candidate will also be expected to take a lead in the design and implementation of individual and group psychological treatment programmes. You will need the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience of working within in-patient services would be an advantage although support is available for newly qualified psychologists.
