Ashbourne Group are looking for an experienced Manager for an attractive and well-equipped 40-bed care home in Worthing, West Sussex.
The ideal candidate must have previous nursing/care home clinical management experience demonstrating a ‘hands-on’ approach to the delivery of care, a commitment to the company’s excellent working practices and the ability to inspire others to do the same. You must be qualified to RN1 and have experience.
This is a full-time position and the right candidate will be offered an attractive pay package.
